Tribesmen Head of the River 2003
We had two crews entered in this years Tribesmen Head of the River in Galway. This is the biggest event in Irish Rowing.
First off was the Mens Open 2x and they competed well despite the loss of a set of feet from the boat en route to Galway which meant some last minute adjustments and a late arrival on the water. They finished a creditable 6th out of a field of 10.
Next up was the Ronan Tinsley in the Mens Novice 1x. Once again Ronan had to contend with some technical difficulties but still managed to do well and finished 12th in a field of 23.
Next up is Commercial Regatta where Ronan Tinsley competes in the Novice Sculls. The following week Ronan competes for Cork Institute of Technology in the Intervarsities and will then compete for Carrick in Queens Regatta the following day.
